'One Day' Endorsements

Yorkshire Evening Post - The first surprise was One Day, an impressive and appealing UK short, that was not only amusing, but tender.

Angel Magazine - it is a great 15 minutes, bursting with ideas and excellent performances.

I absolutely loved the film - really original, fun script and laugh-out-loud performances. It was a breath of fresh air!
(Susan Breen, feature film development producer, Aardman)

A big movie in short form - (Ellin Stein, ex-Miramax)

I thought One Day was one of the most engaging short films I have seen. Not many shorts are daring enough to tackle a subtle and tender story, but here the strong script, solid acting and accurate pacing result in One Day accomplishing this beautifully - (Glynn Ryland, Head of Development, Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund)

I laughed, I cried. It changed my view of short films - (Stuart Williamson, IBM Media and Entertainment)

This is an excellent film, great direction, very funny and well-written script, lovely pacing and wonderful performances. I loved it, everyone should see it. (Tristram Shapeero, director)

An amazing film, I am extremely inspired - (Kenan Arif, ITV)

One Day - Principal Photography

The week of filming 'One Day' was extremely successful. We had all the right elements on our side. The three days in Blackpool went fantastically including the weather being gorgeous for us to film at the Tower. Basingstoke was wonderful with beautiful performances from Tim McInnerny as 'Owen' and Hayley Carmichael as 'Greta'. And the offices in Bishops Stortford worked a treat with lots of comedy from both Tim and Toby Stephens as the boss 'Mr Buckel'. Our crew have been amazing and given 100% commitment, we couldn't be more grateful.
